Job summary

Turbo Tim’s is hiring skilled, reliable B-Level Technicians who can handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. You’re confident with brakes, suspension, HVAC, engine performance, and drivability—yet eager to grow. We’ll help you get there, with training and a supportive team environment.

You will diagnose issues, document findings with photos, and assist advisors with estimates, while maintaining safety and customer experience as a top priority.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services and standard repairs (brakes, suspension, cooling, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair common mechanical and drivability issues.
• Use digital inspection tools to document findings with photos and notes.
• Assist Service Advisors with estimates and repair recommendations.
• Document inspections and repairs through via our Digital Vehicle Inspection process.
• Work closely with teammates and step in to support where needed.
• Keep safety and customer experience at the center of your work.
• Stay on top of training and certifications.

If you’re hungry to grow, we’ll help you get there.

• Perform maintenance services and standard repairs (brakes, suspension, cooling, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair common mechanical and drivability issues
• Use digital inspection tools to document findings with photos and notes
• Assist Service Advisors with estimates and repair recommendations

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn from senior techs and attend training
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate all shop equipment

Preferred:

• ASE certifications
• Formal automotive training or degree
• Experience with digital inspection and shop management systems
