Gilder Search Group in Bismarck, ND is seeking two experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a growing repair team. This role offers a hybrid schedule, modern shop, and opportunities to earn production bonuses.

You will perform maintenance and repairs, diagnose, document work, and work with Tekmetric for DVI, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and potential earnings up to $77,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience completing repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Basic diagnostic experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with digital shop management systems and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
• Professional, dependable, and organized with a proven track record of productivity.
• Dealership technicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.

Pay Rate: $30–$37/hour
Pay Type: Hybrid (Hourly + Production Bonus)
