AutoStream Car Care Center in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to take a hands-on leadership role. Earn $40-$55 per flagged hour with an $80,000-$120,000+ annual potential, while enjoying a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.

Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, mentor technicians, and collaborate with service advisors to maintain efficient workflow in a climate-controlled shop with modern tools and benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience at the A-Level.
Maryland State Inspection License required.
Leadership or technician mentoring experience preferred.
ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
Team-oriented approach with a focus on quality work.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced diagnostics and complex automotive repairs.
Diagnose drivability, electrical, and system concerns.
Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs.
Mentor and support other technicians.
Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow.
Support quality standards and a positive shop environment.
