Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is looking for an Automotive Service Technician in Norwood, Massachusetts. In this role, you will perform general repairs, conduct multi-point inspections, document work performed, and communicate effectively with service advisors. The ideal candidate must be technically skilled, possess ASE certifications (preferred), and have a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have basic tools.
• Great technical and mechanical skills are required.
• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Document all work performed and recommended.
• Communicate with service advisor for additional work needed.
• Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.
• Conduct road tests to determine needed work.
• Perform preventive/routine maintenance services.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index as specified.
• Complete warranty repair orders and filing claims.
