As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee the entire leasing function and daily operations for the community.

Overview:

• Directly supervise, train, and motivate leasing consultants; assist the Community Manager in selecting new team members.
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure successful marketing, leasing, and financial operations.
• Market all units, address leasing issues, propose solutions to vacancies, and re-market the property to current residents. Generate new business contacts, marketing ideas, and conduct competitive analyses to increase occupancy.
• Participate in all leasing activities, including touring prospects, qualifying prospects, preparing lease paperwork, reviewing and approving lease files, managing lease renewals, and other duties to meet leasing and occupancy goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3+) years of multi-family leasing experience
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, MS Office Word/Excel, and strong computer skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills

Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) with rotating weekends. Hours may vary based on business needs.
