As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee the entire leasing function and daily leasing operations for the community.

Overview:

  • Directly supervises, trains, and motivates the leasing consultants and helps facilitate the successful development of the leasing office; assists the Community Manager in the selection process for all new leasing team members.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the property team to ensure successful marketing, leasing, and financial operations of the community.
  • Assists the on-site team in marketing all units, resolving leasing problems, offering solutions to vacancies, and re-marketing the property to current residents; generates new business contacts, marketing ideas, and conducts competitive shops to increase occupancy.
  • Participates in all leasing functions for the community, including touring prospective residents, qualifying prospects, preparing lease paperwork, reviewing and approving all lease files, lease renewals, and other leasing and marketing duties as needed to meet and maintain leasing and occupancy goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Three (3+) years of multi-family leasing experience
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset
  • Yardi Voyager, MS Office Word/Excel experience, and strong computer skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills

Work Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm) with rotating weekends; hours may vary to meet business needs.
