Starting Wage: $26.83 + $2.30 shift differential. Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am. Location: Faribault North.

What You Will Do

• Identify unit options using bill of materials to complete required sub-assemblies per unit
• Complete assembly of unit options to support production standards
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow wiring schematics. Complete wiring training and achieve certification
• Ensure sub-assembly is staged and completed for efficient final assembly
• Use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.)
• Train new members on machines, procedures, safety, and quality practices
• Maintain the 5S program for a clean work area
• Follow safety manuals and practices (HOMESafe, Personal Choice)
• Identify and rework defective work pieces to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications for fabrication and assembly
• Use hand tools and operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) with license
• Obtain certification in leak testing, vacuum, and charge procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
