Starting Wage: $26.83 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am

Location: Faribault North

What you will do:

• Identify unit options using bill of materials to complete required sub-assemblies per unit
• Complete assembly of unit options to support production standards
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow wiring schematics; complete wiring training and achieve certification
• Ensure sub-assemblies are staged and completed for efficient final assembly on the production line
• Use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.)
• Train new members on machines, procedures, safety practices, and safety, quality, and production standards
• Maintain the 5S program to ensure a clean work area
• Follow HOMESafe, Personal Choice, and company safety manual requirements
• Identify and rework defective work pieces to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications for fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering specifications
• Operate hand tools
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and obtain PIT license
• Obtain certification in leak testing and vacuum and charge
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to operate hand tools
• Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
