Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure and Microsoft Architect to lead the design, transformation, and implementation of our enterprise data environment. This role involves process automation, real-time analytics, self-service insights, and machine learning integration across SAP and Non-SAP applications. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in Azure-based solutions and will lead a team of engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to drive cloud strategy and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor Azure engineers, manage project timelines, and foster a high-performance environment.
2. Architectural Design: Design scalable, resilient cloud architectures using Azure services; develop technical documentation.
3. Solution Implementation: Oversee deployment, ensure integration with existing systems, and adhere to security standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical requirements; communicate solutions clearly.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Use Azure tools for performance tracking, cost management, and resource optimization.
6. Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards, stay updated on latest trends.
7. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for efficiency and foster a culture of innovation and learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in cloud architecture and backend development, with at least 5 years in Azure.
