Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Data Management Manager to serve as the Principal Data Architect for Talent Technology. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the firm’s HR data ecosystem, focusing on designing scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.

This role involves managing the Database Administration team and overseeing modern relational database solutions and Azure-based data warehouse architecture. Strong experience in HR data architecture and analytics is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise data architecture or relational database solutions.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with Azure-based enterprise data warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for the Talent Operational Data Store.
• Lead the Database Administration function with technical leadership and coaching.
