Required Qualifications

1. 10+ years’ total work experience, with 5+ years’ proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
2. 5 years’ experience with administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment, including developing and maintaining workstation images.
3. Skills managing an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment, including creating images, deploying VMs, and monitoring VM performance.
4. Expertise in SCCM administration, patch management, imaging, scripting, MSI, packaging, and automation.
5. Desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.
6. Proven experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and managing Group Policies.
7. Experience developing and testing software packages using InstallShield or equivalent.
8. Expertise in Endpoint Protection Engineering.
9. Basic database administration experience, particularly with SQL Server.
