Job summary

Lobel Financial Corp is seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to design, implement, secure, and optimize our Microsoft Azure cloud environment. This hybrid role also involves hands-on work across our React and microservices architecture to deliver a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platform.

The successful candidate will lead cloud governance, drive cost optimization, and develop integration layers for the new architecture while collaborating with engineering and business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience architecting and managing Microsoft Azure environments in a production enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Partner or FastTrack implementations.
• Strong background in Azure cost optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming skills in one or more of C#, Node.js, or Python, with microservices experience.
• Experience with React or modern front-end frameworks to design API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the Azure architecture per the roadmap.
• Stand up landing zones, networking, identity, and core Azure services.
• Establish infrastructure-as-code practices for repeatable provisioning.
• Define and enforce cloud governance standards (naming, tagging, security).
• Own cost management and FinOps reporting for leadership.
• Monitor and tune performance across compute, storage, DB, and networking.
• Design for scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Develop integration layer between databases and React/microservices.
