Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Seattle team onsite. This full-time role requires hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, and production operations for large-scale cloud services, with a strong preference for Azure.

You will implement infrastructure as code, design scalable Azure environments, and own CI/CD pipelines while leading incident response and postmortems. This position offers onsite work in Seattle and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SRE, DevOps, or production operations experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services is highly preferred.
• Strong incident management and postmortem facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments; document findings and resolutions.
• Triage, respond to, and resolve incidents and support tickets; collaborate with other teams as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service-impacting issues and implement automation-first remediations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable Azure-based environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable infrastructure as code and maintain observability through monitoring and logging.
