Booz Allen is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to manage, administer, and enhance cloud environments, delivering rapid problem resolution and continuous improvement in AWS and Microsoft Azure.

You will develop security analytic capabilities, design data pipelines for operations, and mentor teammates while supporting Army-integrated cloud systems. This role emphasizes practical delivery and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience configuring high-throughput streaming data pipelines with Microsoft Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
• 3 years designing data pipeline architectures for security operations, including log collection, normalization, enrichment, and routing.
• Experience with Microsoft-native log sources, including Defender XDR, Intune, and Entra ID; REST APIs experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments for continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution.
• Design and implement data pipelines for security operations, including logging, enrichment, and routing.
• Mentor and supervise team members; collaborate with AWS and Army cloud integrations.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex cloud security problems.
