Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Azure Security Engineer to manage and enhance cloud environments, spanning AWS and Army cloud systems. You will apply advanced cloud security skills, develop innovative solutions, and mentor teammates while driving continuous improvement.

You will leverage Microsoft Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor to build robust data pipelines, detections, and connectors, working with REST APIs and data integration tools. A secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

3+ years configuring high-throughput streaming data pipelines with Microsoft Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
3+ years developing analytic rules and workbooks with KQL, automation rules, and configuring data connectors.
3+ years designing data pipeline architectures for security operations, including log collection, normalization, enrichment, and routing.
Experience with Microsoft-native log sources (Defender XDR, Intune, Entra ID).
Ability to work with REST APIs and develop custom data connectors.
