Job summary

Milliman Indianapolis seeks a Platform Engineer to build and maintain secure, scalable Azure infrastructure, databricks governance, and cloud-native automation. This role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, and support for cross-cloud migrations.

You will collaborate with data teams to ensure cost-efficient, compliant platforms while advancing security controls and observability across Azure and Databricks environments. Hybrid work with on-site weeks in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of platform/DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Azure cloud infrastructure with IaC (Bicep, Terraform).
• Develop and maintain GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Azure networking, identity, access control, and private connectivity.
