Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Windows-based infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned business-critical applications.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for application issues.
• Monitor system health and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
