Job summary
Fortegra is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud & Network Engineer to implement and optimize secure, scalable Microsoft Azure infrastructure with a focus on networking, hybrid connectivity, automation, and cloud infrastructure engineering. You will work hands‑on with Azure networking services, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in cloud infrastructure or network engineering.
- Hands‑on Azure networking & hybrid connectivity experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, routing.
- Experience with IaC and automation tools.
- CI/CD pipelines experience.
- Regulated/compliance‑driven environment experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and networking.
- Configure Azure networking services (VNets, subnets, routing, VPN, DNS, etc.).
- Support Hybrid connectivity between on‑prem and Azure.
- Use IaC (Terraform, Bicep) to provision cloud/network resources.
- Build reusable automation, templates, scripts, deployment patterns.
- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams.
