Job summary

A legal services organization based in Los Angeles is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage its core IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and network management, ensuring system reliability and security. Responsibilities include supporting cloud environments, managing network infrastructure, and overseeing the Jira Service Management platform. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience implementing both software and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure (required).
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience supporting network infrastructure, including Ubiquiti and SonicWall.
• Experience managing endpoint protection and device management.
• Experience administering Jira Service Management or similar ITSM/helpdesk tools.
• Demonstrated experience implementing software and hardware solutions end-to-end.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide infrastructure support across cloud and on-prem systems.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain endpoint protection and device management solutions.
• Administer the Jira Service Management platform.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead the implementation of new software and hardware.
• Maintain system documentation and network diagrams.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
