Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in multiple US locations. The role focuses on administering, securing, and optimizing Azure and Microsoft 365 services across hybrid environments.

You will design and maintain Azure infrastructure, ensure service health, manage 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on Defender and Purview implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing production services in Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, subscriptions and access controls.
• Experience administering multiple core Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, M365 Apps).
• Familiarity with Entra ID, RBAC, enterprise applications, authentication and least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure across subscriptions and regions.
• Administer Azure VMs, storage, networking, backup, and hybrid connectivity.
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Service Health for availability and insights.
• Manage policy, tagging, RBAC, Defender, and security recommendations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, usage reporting, and escalations.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and service troubleshooting.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 Apps administration and deployment support with endpoint management teams.
• Administer Microsoft Entra integration and least-privilege controls.
• Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation and reporting.
• Monitor service health and coordinate response; document runbooks and diagrams.
