Job summary

SFE is seeking an Azure Lead /Senior Developer for a fully remote, full-time role based in Oakland, CA area. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Azure services.

Expect leadership across teams, strong communication, and hands-on work with Blazor UI and modern web architectures in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years designing/architecting enterprise software in C#/.NET.
• Hands-on Azure components: SQL DB, Blob, App Service, Functions, Service Bus.
• 5+ years with Azure DevOps, Git repos, pipelines.
• 3+ years leading software teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Blazor, Bootstrap, responsive UI, web APIs.
• Strong communication across diverse teams; Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight within the development team.
• Architect and build scalable solutions on .NET Core and Azure.
• Develop full-stack software including persistence, business logic, UI, and APIs.
• Write scalable, high quality code that meets requirements.
• Mentor offshore teams to improve delivery quality and velocity.
• Lead design reviews and enforce best practices in engineering.
• Own the software development life cycle from inception to production.
• Build strong relationships with analysts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve architecture and tooling.
• Communicate strategies and progress to leaders and teams.
