Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Software Development Engineer IV in Greenwood Village, CO for a 12+ month contract-to-hire. The role focuses on Azure software development, leading a scrum team, and delivering APIs and web applications with full-stack capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have deep Azure experience, strong DevOps and security practices, and the ability to collaborate with clients and leadership while driving deployment automation and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience as a Lead .NET developer deploying APIs and websites to Azure.
• Full stack capability with Azure cloud services and modern UI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, Python, Docker, REST, and HTML frameworks.
• Familiar with IaC tools such as Terraform is a plus.
• Deep security practices for Azure deployments, IAM, and encryption.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• DevOps experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure software development tasks within the scrum team.
• Interact effectively with clients and leadership; tailor communication.
• Read requirements and help develop agile user stories and tasks.
• Assist with Azure deployments, testing, configuration, and installation.
• Contribute to performance tuning and security controls.
• Create documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
