Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks an experienced Lead .NET developer to own Azure-based software tasks within a scrum team. You will translate requirements into scalable APIs and web apps, collaborate with clients and leadership, and ensure robust deployments.

Use C#, Python, Angular/React, and Terraform in Azure, implement CI/CD, strengthen security, and drive resilience and disaster recovery. You will document solutions and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Lead .NET API and web development in Azure.
• Full stack capability with modern front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, API Management, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights, and SQL.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, C#, Python, REST, JSON, OIDC/SAML; Angular or React.
• Terraform IaC is a plus.
• Strong security practices: IAM, data encryption, code scanning.
• Familiar with FedRAMP/FISMA or Zero Trust concepts is desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation on Azure.
• DevOps mindset with Agile/Scrum; strong collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own Azure-based development tasks within the scrum team and drive API/website delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions and deploy in collaboration with clients and leadership.
• Assist with troubleshooting, performance tuning, security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Create detailed documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
