Job summary

McKesson is seeking a DevOps Engineer (P3) to design, implement, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and AKS environments, with emphasis on automation, IaC, monitoring, and platform reliability.

You will build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate with Dev, QA, SRE, Security, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in deployment and observability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with AKS, Python, Ansible, YAML, Git/GitHub; CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability platforms such as Dynatrace and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, change, and operational support processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (AKS) environments.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, and YAML.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, cloud, and platform-related issues.
• Implement and support monitoring, observability, and alerting using Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and ServiceNow.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational support activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, SRE, Security, and Operations teams to improve platform reliability.
