Qualifications

• 5+ years managing IT teams with hands-on Azure/Intune/MDM experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with minimal supervision.
• Experience overseeing server buildouts, virtualization, network design/troubleshooting, and config management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT specialists and engineers; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Oversee device lifecycle and inventory controls from procurement to decommissioning; audit as needed.
• Direct security efforts: firewalls, MFA, patch management, and ISO/CMMI alignment; ensure compliance.
• Manage Azure/Intune deployment for endpoints and Office 365 integration across platforms.
