ITCON Services in Vienna, VA is seeking a motivated IT Lead to guide our team of specialists and engineers. The role focuses on Azure and Intune management, Office 365 integration, and overseeing new server buildouts, deployments, and day-to-day IT support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT leadership, hands-on experience with VMware/Hyper-V, security best practices, and strong communication. This is a full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

5+ years managing IT teams with hands-on Azure/Intune/MDM experience.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with minimal supervision.
Experience overseeing server buildouts, virtualization, network design/troubleshooting, and config management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of IT specialists and engineers; conduct performance reviews and training.
Oversee device lifecycle and inventory controls from procurement to decommissioning; audit as needed.
Direct security efforts: firewalls, MFA, patch management, and ISO/CMMI alignment; ensure compliance.
Manage Azure/Intune deployment for endpoints and Office 365 integration across platforms.
