Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise integration initiatives built on Microsoft Azure Integration Services. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating integration needs into clear, testable requirements.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers on the Azure stack, map current-state processes to future-state workflows, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support UAT, data mapping, and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst on technology or systems integration projects.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services components or similar middleware/iPaaS platforms.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills (user stories, flows, data mapping).
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP and API concepts; agile delivery experience with backlog/story management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate requirements for integration initiatives.
• Map current-state processes and define future-state workflows using new or modernized integrations.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Maintain the RTM and ensure traceability from intake through UAT.
• Support API and data mapping efforts; document data flows and transformation logic.
• Assist in test planning and execution, including writing test cases and coordinating UAT.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; escalate appropriately.
• Support change management activities and end-user training materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as the voice of the business/product owner where applicable.
