Job summary

Deloitte, part of the Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, seeks a Project - Lead Software Engineer II to drive Azure-based integration initiatives in a hybrid multi-cloud setting. You will guide client discussions, design integration architectures, and stand up data integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms.

You will mentor junior teammates, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on modernization efforts for government clients, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture and 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft integration services, including Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Functions.
• Experience designing and implementing hybrid and multi-cloud integration architectures.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) certifications.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Azure API Management in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.
• Lead client discussions on the design of technical environments and integration architecture.
• Stand up data integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Define and implement enterprise integration patterns using Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
