Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Project - Software Engineer III to join the AI & Engineering team, delivering Azure API Management implementations in hybrid/multi-cloud contexts. You will lead design discussions, implement data integrations, and mentor junior engineers while advancing government and public sector IT initiatives.

Required: 8+ years IT with integration architecture, Azure expertise, and the ability to obtain US security clearance. Travel ~10% and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Information Technology experience with 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft integration services (Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Functions).
• Ability to obtain AZ-305 and AZ-400 certifications.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required US clearance.
• Ability to travel ~10% based on assignments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of Information Technology experience, including 5+ years in enterprise integration architecture and 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft integration services, including Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, and Functions
• Experience designing and implementing hybrid and multi-cloud integration architectures
• Ability to obtain Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) certifications
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience with Azure networking and security services supporting application programming interface (API) and integration architectures
• Experience building continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for cloud integration solutions
• Experience supporting government or public sector technology environments
