Job summary

The Stafford Gray Group is seeking an experienced Azure engineer for a remote, part-time contract with a financial services client based in Miami. You will design and maintain infrastructure as code for Azure using Terraform and/or Bicep, and build CI/CD pipelines.

You should have 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years Azure, and be eligible to work in the US on a 1099 basis. The role is approximately 25 hours per week during business hours (Eastern).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with at least 3 years hands-on in Azure
• Proven production Terraform or Bicep experience for Azure
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
• Working knowledge of Azure networking and Entra ID / RBAC
• Available to commit to about 25 hours/week during business hours (Eastern time)
• Eligible to work in the US on a 1099 basis

The role is about 25 hours a week and is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints) and Entra ID / RBAC
• Able to commit to about 25 hours a week during business hours (Eastern time)
• Eligible to work in the US on a 1099 basis

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305 or AZ-400
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification
• Experience in financial services, payments or other regulated environments
• Prior consulting or fractional contract experience
