Job summary

Ford is seeking a Customer Identity Platform Engineer to contribute to the engineering, development, and 24/7 support of Azure AD B2C based identity and access management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, premium customer experiences and to advance Ford's IAM strategy.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and hands-on development in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies within an enterprise Ford environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related OR a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of IAM experience with multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
• Experience designing, engineering, deploying and supporting features for large enterprise.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, develop, deploy and support Azure AD B2C software and platform features.
• Deliver IAM solutions and improve security posture.
• Develop and maintain metric dashboards and monitoring/alerting systems.
• Provide day-to-day operations for requests, incidents and problems.
• Create technical documentation and architecture/API references.
