Job summary

EY’s Government and Infrastructure Technology Organization seeks an experienced, senior cloud/platform leader to own delivery of cloud platforms and infrastructure at scale within Azure Government environments. You’ll guide technical direction, drive DevSecOps, and balance delivery, security and long-term platform health across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering roles with private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Azure-related certifications AZ-104 and AZ-305
• Hands‑on infrastructure as code and CI/CD
• Containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes and AKS
• Networking fundamentals with VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing
• Cloud security principles and identity management with Entra ID/Entra RBAC

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities across initiatives
• Set and guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms
• Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation approaches
• Make informed trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, and security
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure standards alignment
• Oversee risk, dependency and issue management across delivery efforts
