EY's Government and Infrastructure Technology Organization is hiring an Assistant Director to lead delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities for large, complex government programs.

You will guide technical direction for Azure Government, set DevSecOps practices, and balance delivery, quality, risk, and platform health in secure environments while developing team capability and influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cloud platforms for large-scale government programs.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities across multiple government initiatives.
• Set and guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms to ensure scalability, security, and sustainability.
• Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation to improve delivery quality and reliability.
• Make informed trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, security, risk, and long-term platform health.
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with standards and outcomes.
• Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management across delivery efforts; escalate and resolve proactively.
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teams to align priorities and drive execution without direct authority.
