EY's Government and Infrastructure Technology Organization seeks an Assistant Director to deliver cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities at scale for Azure Government programs. You will guide technical direction, enable delivery teams, and balance delivery, security, and long-term platform health within government environments.

This role requires hands-on leadership across product, engineering, and platform teams, driving DevSecOps practices, risk management, and architecture reviews

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure across initiatives, aligning with business, mission, and security requirements
• Set and guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms; ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable operations
• Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation to improve delivery quality and reliability
• Make informed technical and delivery trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, security, risk, and long-term platform health
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with standards and outcomes
• Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management; escalate and resolve proactively
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership to align priorities and drive execution
