Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Cloud & Server Systems Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise server, storage, networking, and cloud teams through a major modernization to 100% Azure Government cloud. You’ll oversee a multi‑discipline group ensuring security compliance, continuity, and high availability across hybrid platforms.

Responsibilities include leading migration programs, data center shutdowns, and data center modernization while coordinating with Applications, Databases, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree).
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, backup, networking).
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Azure (preferably Azure Government) architecture and operations experience.
• Proven success leading cloud migrations or data center shutdowns in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead server, cloud, storage, and networking engineers; manage 24/7 operations.
• Oversee Data Center Closure and Azure Government migration activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards and high availability.
• Coordinate across workstreams for end-to-end migration readiness.
• Develop target-state architectures for Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
