Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Azure Enterprise Solutions Architect to support the HHS Office of Inspector General in the Northern Virginia or Maryland area.
You will architect and implement Azure-based cloud infrastructure and application platform solutions to meet federal IT needs with strong security controls. You will lead modernization and migration strategies, create roadmaps, drive POCs, and collaborate with agile teams and government stakeholders while maintaining
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Azure certification required or equivalent.
- 10+ years of related IT experience with enterprise cloud architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Azure-based cloud infrastructure and application platform solutions for federal IT portfolio.
- Model cloud architecture for scale, resiliency, and security; optimize performance and cost.
- Lead modernization and migration strategies aligned with security requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional agile teams and government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain documentation and technical artifacts to ensure compliance with government standards.
