Off Duty Management is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager in Katy, TX to lead Azure‑first infrastructure, campus IT operations, and a small team. You will drive security, performance, and cost efficiency while partnering with senior leadership to shape technology strategy.

The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with business influence, overseeing incident response, SOC 2 controls, vendor relationships, and IT standards in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure or IT infrastructure.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing staff and budgets.
• Strong Azure cloud knowledge with security and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Azure Cloud infrastructure management, cost control, and service delivery; lead Platform Engineering and Cloud Service Provider relationships.
• Manage on-campus network, endpoints, AD/Azure AD, DNS, and identity management; ensure security and continuity.
• Guide cloud access management, AKS provisioning, and production infrastructure monitoring and optimization.
• Partner with CISO to enforce cybersecurity standards and SOC 2/NIST compliance.
• Lead and develop a small IT team; drive accountability, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Monitor IT budgets, vendor contracts, and IT service management practices.
