Job summary

Greenheck Group seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment workflows across Dev, Test, and Production. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security to automate packaging, testing, and promotion of enterprise platform configurations on Microsoft Azure.

You will implement automated validations, manage IaC, and help drive DevOps maturity while ensuring compliance with security standards across SAP, Kafka, and Ignition interfaces.

Qualifications

• 4-year/Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years hands-on DevOps or release engineering experience with production CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) including YAML pipelines, release pipelines, environment management, and test plan integration.
• Experience managing environment promotion workflows (Dev → Test → Production) with gates and rollback.
• Scripting skills (C#, PowerShell, Python) for deployment automation and validation.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with version control and branching strategies for parallel streams.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES/SCADA or SAP/Kafka/Ignition interfaces preferred.
• OpenShift/Redhat and IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible/AzureRM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate packaging, validation, and deployment of configurations.
• Own environment promotion workflow with gates to protect operations stability.
• Develop automated test/validation frameworks for code packages, including SAP, DataHub, Kafka, and Bartender interfaces.
• Collaborate on branching strategies and PR workflows to support parallel build cycles.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code and configuration management across Dev/Test/Prod tiers.
• Define deployment standards with Architecture; cutover runbooks and rollback procedures.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and incident response for enterprise platforms.
• Maintain deployment documentation, release notes, and ADO pipeline definitions.
• Contribute to DevOps maturity by reducing manual effort and lead times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy secure cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Leverage Wiz for continuous vulnerability monitoring across cloud, containers, and apps.
• Integrate security scans, vulnerability mgmt, and compliance checks in pipelines.
• Ensure infrastructure/apps/data comply with GDPR, SOC 2, and security best practices.
• Implement cloud security controls, including secure access management.
