Job summary

Maitsys Inc. seeks an experienced Azure DevOps Administrator to lead enterprise configuration, governance, and project setup across portfolios.

You will manage inherited processes, work item hierarchies, boards, dashboards, and integrations with Power BI and related enterprise tools. Responsibilities include automated admin tasks with PowerShell and REST APIs, data validation, role-based access control, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement sustainable changes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

6+ years IT experience including enterprise application administration, DevOps or application lifecycle management.
3+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps administration with emphasis on Azure Boards and project administration.
Experience customizing inherited processes, work item types, fields, forms, states, rules, backlog levels, Areas, and Iterations.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps permissions, teams, security groups, and Microsoft Entra ID integration.

Responsibilities

Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, and teams per enterprise standards.
Configure and maintain inherited process templates, work item types, and backlog behavior.
Design and manage work item hierarchies across portfolios and teams.
Configure Areas, Iterations, backlogs, dashboards, and notifications.
Triage incidents and coordinate escalations with platform teams.
