For our client, we are seeking a Azure DevOps Engineer, Staff to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure that supports critical healthcare applications. You will partner closely with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, operational resilience, and overall platform performance. The position also calls for mentoring junior engineers and helping advance DevOps practices across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,289 – $225,434 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and optimize cloud solutions using best practices
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers

• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy automated systems

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Azure cloud experience; AWS and GCP are a plus

• 8+ years of coding experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Golang
