Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own infrastructure and delivery pipelines for mission-critical aerospace software. The role focuses on CI/CD, IaC, and Kubernetes in production, with a strong emphasis on observability and security.

You will collaborate with software teams, embed DevSecOps practices, and ensure reliable deployments in a regulated environment. This on-site Dallas–Fort Worth role requires U.S. citizenship or clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on DevOps/cloud engineering experience, across Azure.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform/Ansible or similar tooling.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD tooling and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Comfort working in a regulated, security-conscious environment; U.S. citizenship and security clearance are strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads in Kubernetes.
• Build out observability: logging, monitoring, and alerting across production systems.
• Embed security practices into the delivery pipeline (DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to reduce build, test, and deployment friction.
