Job summary

Polarits is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer for a 6-month hybrid engagement in Philadelphia, PA. You will design CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform/Bicep/ARM, and deploy Azure services with focus on scalable automation and governance.

You will collaborate with development and AI teams to integrate DevOps best practices, monitor environments with Azure Monitor, and optimize deployments while ensuring security and compliance in a cloud-first setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Azure DevOps engineering or cloud automation.
• Hands-on Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates and IaC tooling.
• Proficiency with AD Entra and CI/CD design.
• Solid Azure services knowledge and security governance.
• Experience with Azure AI Services is a plus.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Git workflows, branching and version control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Develop and manage IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Automate deployment and configuration of Azure services like App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and AI Services.
• Collaborate with dev, data, and AI teams to integrate DevOps practices.
• Implement monitoring and logging with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Ensure secure, scalable cloud environments and governance compliance.
• Troubleshoot deployments and optimize performance across environments.
• Contribute to DevOps best practices, docs, and reusable templates.
