Job summary

Terminal 3 is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a focused 2-month contract to configure and manage deployments on Microsoft Azure. You will work with engineers and cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.

The role emphasizes cloud-native reliability, monitoring, and automation, with a strong preference for hands-on experience across Azure and AWS, IaC, and modern CI/CD tooling. Remote-friendly with global teams and a commitment to privacy and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure and DevOps experience.
• Strong Azure experience; working knowledge of AWS.
• IaC experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience building machine images with Packer.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Azure compute, storage, networking, load balancing, DNS, and security services.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including building secure and reproducible Linux machine images.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, performance, and operational readiness on Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and deployments.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud-based systems.
