Job summary

Responsibilities include CI/CD and release automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), SQL Server operations (HA/DR, backups), DevSecOps governance, and FinOps. Build strong observability with Datadog, Dynatrace, and App Insights while driving cost optimization and enterprise-scale IaC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across DevOps, Cloud, SRE, and infrastructure engineering for PaaS/SaaS.
• 2+ years managing, hiring, and developing DevOps, SRE, or DBA teams.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers and DBAs, defining strategic roadmaps aligned with platform/product goals.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for end-to-end SaaS builds and deployments.
• Oversee enterprise SQL Server operations: HA/DR, performance tuning, backups, and capacity planning.
• Drive DevSecOps governance, automated scanning, secrets management, and SOC 2 compliance with incident response and post-mortems.
• Optimize Azure spend with FinOps, build observability, and self-service tooling to reduce toil.
