Job summary

Intellibee Inc. is seeking an Azure DevOps Build Engineer to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core and Angular SPA, and to automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates. The role emphasizes Azure App Services, AKS, and secure configuration management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated Build/Release Engineering or DevOps experience.
• Microsoft DevOps Engineer AZ-400 certification is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Test Plans).
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Azure Bicep) and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Solid scripting in PowerShell/Bash/Azure CLI and containerization with Docker/AKS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core/Angular/Blazor stacks.
• Automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Manage version control and package management using Azure Repos and Azure Artifacts.
• Integrate quality gates (static analysis, security scans, tests) into pipelines.
• Configure app settings, secrets, and connections with Azure Key Vault.

• DevOps Tools: Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Test Plans).
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or Azure Bicep.
• Cloud Platform: Operational knowledge of Azure Cloud Services relevant to the stack, such as Azure App Services, Azure Container Instances, Azure Static Web Apps, and Azure SQL.
• Application Stack Ecosystem: Deep understanding of build engines and packaging tools for Microsoft and Web environments, including dotnet CLI, MSBuild, NuGet, npm, and Webpack.
• Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Azure CLI for automating manual processes and web application configurations.
• Containerization: Familiarity with containerizing .NET and SPA solutions using Docker and deploying to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is highly preferred.

Education/Certifications

Responsibilities

• Tailored CI/CD Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust build and release pipelines using Azure Pipelines (YAML) specifically optimized for compilation of .NET Core/.NET 8+, Angular SPA via npm, and Blazor WebAssembly/Server components.
• Environment Provisioning: Automate and manage cloud infrastructure hosting these stacks (e.g., Azure App Services, Static Web Apps, AKS) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Artifact & Dependency Management: Manage version control repositories (Azure Repos / Git) and centralize package management via Azure Artifacts for internal NuGet and npm packages.
• Quality & Security Gating: Integrate compilation error tracking, static code analysis (e.g., SonarQube), vulnerability scanning, and automated testing suites directly into the pipeline gates for both back-end and front-end architectures.
• Configuration Management: Manage and secure application configurations (appsettings.json, environment files), application secrets, and connection strings utilizing Azure Key Vault.
• Troubleshooting & War Room Support: Provide real-time technical triage during critical deployment windows, code freezes, and milestone Go-Live phases, debugging IIS, Azure Web App, or hosting environment runtime errors.
• Branching Strategy Management: Define, implement, and enforce structured branching and merging strategies (e.g., GitFlow, release branching) to support parallel development streams.
