We are seeking an experienced Azure Test Lead with strong expertise in Data Testing, Azure DevOps, and Test Automation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in test planning, design, execution, evaluation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts in a global delivery model and ensure quality in a dynamic, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for applications in a distributed Agile delivery model.
• Create and execute delivery plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage and mentor the Data Testing team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop test strategies and lead functional and automation testing for data-focused projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in software test design, execution, automation, CI/CD, defect management, and prevention planning.
• Drive continuous QA improvements, including the adoption of appropriate tools and techniques.
• Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and support leaders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Recommend tools and solutions to enhance Data Testing processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Testing, Azure, and Test Automation.
• Hands-on expertise in test planning, design, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and testing in Agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
