Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to deliver hands-on engineering and operational support for Azure workloads across mission workloads. The role emphasizes AKS, PaaS services, and Infrastructure-as-Code patterns.

You will deploy and troubleshoot Azure resources, maintain AKS clusters, implement ARM or Bicep templates, and document procedures while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• 2–4 years of experience in cloud operations, engineering, or technical support.
• Experience with Azure core services, PaaS offerings, and AKS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as ARM or Bicep.
• Ability to troubleshoot cloud networking, certificates, DNS, and connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Azure resources including VMs, storage, networking components, and PaaS services.
• Support and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and assist with container workload troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code templates such as ARM or Bicep.
• Configure Private Endpoints, encryption options, and diagnostic settings for cloud resources.
• Investigate issues related to certificates, DNS, networking dependencies, and service connectivity.
• Analyze logs, performance metrics, and telemetry to identify and resolve service issues.
• Assist with deployment pipeline troubleshooting and contribute to improving automation processes.
• Document processes, troubleshooting procedures, and platform configurations.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced engineers through informal mentoring and knowledge sharing.
