Job summary

CACI is seeking a Cloud Support Specialist to provide hands-on engineering and operational support for Azure cloud services across mission workloads. Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Azure resources including VMs, storage, networking components, and PaaS services.
• Support and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and assist with container workload troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code templates such as ARM or Bicep.
• Configure Private Endpoints, encryption options, and diagnostic settings for cloud resources.
• Investigate issues related to certificates, DNS, networking dependencies, and service connectivity.
• Analyze logs, performance metrics, and telemetry to identify and resolve service issues.
• Assist with deployment pipeline troubleshooting and contribute to improving automation processes.
• Document processes, troubleshooting procedures, and platform configurations.
• Provide guidance to less‑experienced engineers through informal mentoring and knowledge sharing.

The Opportunity

The specialist will research solutions, resolve cross-team technical blockers, and contribute to the reliability and scalability of cloud platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, advancing cloud capabilities, and sharing knowledge to strengthen team performance.

• Experience supporting cloud diagnostic or logging tools.
• Prior experience in government or IL‑enclave cloud environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,300-$129,700
