Job summary

Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC is seeking a Cloud Support Associate to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, focusing on Azure-based resources and backup/recovery strategies. The role requires collaboration with the Solutions Architect and supporting branch office deployments.

You will participate in on-call rotations, help maintain network security, and ensure documentation and procedures are up to date. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 1+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in systems administration, network administration, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience administering virtual environments; Azure IaaS and Entra ID fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid schedule: minimum 2 days per week from Corporate office.
• Administers hybrid cloud IaaS resources in Microsoft Azure in coordination with Solutions Architect.
• Tier 2/3 escalation for Help Desk tickets involving network, systems, infra issues.
