Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to automate cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling, focusing on DevOps automation. You will cover architecture, development, provisioning, maintenance and monitoring of cloud tooling, with occasional after-hours support to keep services running for users.

The role requires strong Azure/Docker/Kubernetes experience, scripting skills, and the ability to work across global teams in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant training/experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Cloud Services development, deployment and/or IT Cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance (Azure Cloud or AWS or GCP).
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, JavaScript or similar.
• Programming experience in C#, Python, Golang, Ruby, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AD and DNS, IIS, and networking.
• Experience with FedRamp background screening.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML) or GitHub enterprise (Git, Actions).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL setup, SQL statements/scripts and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document architectural designs and operational processes for cloud systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a wide range of cloud technologies.
• Ability to work in a global team and cross-organization.
• This role does not require travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, implement, and improve automation (CI/CD Infrastructure) and tooling through Azure DevOps and scripting.
• Automate Azure cloud-based deployments and resource provisioning.
• Troubleshoot issues related to application development, deployment, and operations.
• Analyze availability, performance and outages and provide technical leadership for resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and policies.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency; maintain monitoring and on-call responsibilities.
• Share on-call duties and collaborate with engineers to triage production issues.
