Job summary

Octave seeks an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, automate, and support Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. The role centers on building scalable cloud solutions and helping teams adopt Azure best practices.

Key duties include IaC with Bicep, Azure governance (Policy/RBAC), VNets, Private Link/DNS, hub-and-spoke, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps; automation with Azure CLI/PowerShell; and collaboration with security and engineering teams. LI-Remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Azure engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Azure Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• Experience deploying and managing Azure resources through automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure solutions.
• Author and maintain reusable Bicep modules and templates.
• Implement networking and connectivity solutions across Azure environments.
• Support cloud governance initiatives through policy and RBAC configuration.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues.
• Partner with security, networking, and application teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Contribute to cloud platform standards and engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
